All of Livingston is reeling from the tragic and senseless death of 19 year old Brendan Tevlin, the bright and selfless young man who was gunned down in West Orange last week. It doesn't matter if you know the Tevlins or not, the sheer horror of the sudden loss of a child shakes the foundation of every family.
