Once a month the Planning Board meets in a workshop forum to finalize and approve pending applications and to concentrate on important issues for the future. On Tuesday evening, the Board approved two minor subdivisions. The property at 161-163 South Livingston Avenue, that houses Rowma Custom Tailor, was granted a minor façade change for its awning; and Lithos Restaurant at 405 Eisenhower Parkway received approval to increase its outdoor seating from a previously approved plan for its outside patio.
