Emergency Squads Check Report of Possible bomb

The Livingston Police and Fire Departments investigated a suspected pressure cooker bomb that fortunately turned out to be a false alarm on Monday afternoon, July 21. A passer-by called police at about 2:30 p.m. to report the presence of an unattended, lidded pressure cooker left in the parking lot of the Toys R Us store at 599 West Mt. Pleasant Avenue.
