John C. Leeds

John C. Leeds, known as "Jack," died at the age of 83 on August 9 in Boyertown, Pennsylvania. Funeral services were private; however, online condolences may be made at www.lwottfuneralhome.com. Born and raised in Livingston, Mr. Leeds resided in Florham Park and Hyde Park, Vermont. He served as executive vice president and head of the Trust Department of First National Bank in New Jersey, which was eventually acquired by Wells Fargo. Mr. Leeds also served on the Board of Directors of Asbury Graphite in Delaware, the Mannheimer Foundation in Florida, the Newark Museum in New Jersey and the Vermont Studio Arts School in Vermont. A graduate of Grover Cleveland High School in Caldwell and Upsala College in East Orange, he served in the US Navy and was stationed at Norfolk, Virginia during the Korean War. Predeceased by his daughter, Michele A. Romano in 2000, Mr. Leeds is survived by his wife, Marie; his children, Bonnie A. Michael of Whittier, California, John D. Leeds of Hyde Park, Vermont, and Victoria J. Lyon of Pottstown, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandson. ...
