Board of Education Hears Updates About Technology and Construction

The Board of Education meeting on September 8 began with a moment of silence in memory of Lou Venza, a former Board member who died last week. "He was a great guy who loved this town," said president Barry Funt. "He will be missed." Interim assistant superintendent Jim O'Neill said that one of the nicest things is to recognize students who have special accomplishments; he congratulated four Livingston High School seniors who earned top places in a national business competition (see photo and article in this issue).
