Former Livingston resident Richard Frank Zahn, of Waterloo, South Carolina, died in his home on August 8. He was 69 years old. Mr. Zahn was born in Livingston. He was the retired co-owner/operator of Zahn Real Estate and Insurance in Livingston. A graduate of the University of Miami, he was a US Army veteran of Vietnam and earned a Bronze Star for heroism. He is survived by his wife, Sandra (Young); and son, Richard Andrew.
