Funeral Services For John Kenneth Levi

Mr. John Kenneth Levi, 77, of Livingston and Point Pleasant, died Wednesday, October 8. Funeral services were held Friday, October 10, in Temple B'nai Jeshurun. Born in East Orange, Mr. Levi grew up in Maplewood and was a 1955 graduate of Columbia High School. In 1959, he was graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a member of the Phi Epsilon Pi Fraternity. Prior to his retirement in 2010, Mr. Levi was the senior vice-president for 35 years of Kent International Bicycle Manufacturing Company in Parsippany. A resident of Livingston since 1971, Mr. Levi was a lifetime member of Temple B'nai Jeshurun and had served on the board of the New Philharmonic of New Jersey for 20 years. Predeceased by his first wife, Jacqueline Levi, and his son, Richard, he is survived by his wife of 36 years, Linda Kamler Levi; three sons, Dr. Andrew Levi and his wife, Dr. Angelique Levi; Dr. Todd Levi of Livingston; and Mr. Jesse Levi of Santa Monica, California; a brother, Frank D. Levi; and two grandchildren. ...
