Lady Lancers Raise Funds at ‘Play for Cure’

The Lady Lancers field hockey program was host to Westfield High School on Tuesday, October 21, as they played in their annual Play for the Cure game. The varsity and junior varsity teams dedicated the game to raising money for breast cancer research and stressing the importance of early detection. With a donation from the Westfield Bombers field hockey program, proceeds from the Lancer bake sale, and fan donations, the teams raised close to $600 for the Susan G.
