Dorothy Keer Dies After Lengthy Illness

Dorothy (Dotty) Hartzell Keer, of Palm Coast, Florida, age 91, died on December 18, following a lengthy illness. Born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Mrs. Keer lived in Livingston from 1956 until 1984. She served as a librarian at the Livingston Public Library with former director Ruth L. Rockwood. Mrs. Keer was predeceased by her husband, Richard M. Keer, who was the former chairman of the foreign language department at LHS. She is survived by her son, David Keer and his wife, Rhonda, of Allen, Texas; daughters, Beth Keer, Cheryl Massaro, and Cyndie Boyles of Palm Coast; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at a later date at Flagler Memorial Gardens in Palm Coast. ...
