Following a snowstorm late Friday into Saturday that dropped five inches of snow, the Livingston Public Works Department (DPW) then had to gear up almost immediately to prepare for what was predicted to be an "historic" storm that would drop up to two feet of snow on the township on Monday and Tuesday. But to the disappointment of no one but die-hard snow enthusiasts, the storm fizzled out with a muchdiminished impact on the state.
