Lancer Ice Hockey Team Defeats Montclair To Take Over First Place in Conference

By Robert Towey   The Livingston Lancer varsity ice hockey team defeated the Montclair Mounties, 3-2, at home at Codey Arena on Friday, January 23. This win put the Lancers at 9-2-1 in the Super Essex County Conference and above 500 for the first time since the beginning of the season; a feat which head coach Dave Conklin said “means a lot… We have a very difficult non-league schedule. We are playing the best teams in the state.
