William J. Nave died in Livingston on Tuesday, January 20, at the age of 77. Born in Manhattan, Mr. Nave grew up in the Bronx. He was graduated from New York University and attended New York University's graduate school. Mr. Nave spent most of his career working in sales at the Xerox company. He participated with the Livingston Men's Softball League and was a member of the township's handicap committee. Mr. Nave was predeceased by his brother, John M. Nave. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Patricia; and his daughters, Karen Scott and her husband Christopher, and Susan Nave. He is also survived by two grandsons and his sister, Rita Nave. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to the Livingston First Aid Squad.
