Livingston High School senior Benjamin Brown became an Eagle Scout at a January 22 Court of Honor. A member of Troop 12 of St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Brown has been a Boy Scout since 2004 and has served as his Troop's bugler and Troop Guide.
