State and Local Officials Call For PARCC Test Moratorium

The Livingston Board of Education on Monday evening approved two resolutions, one urging a moratorium on the PARCC (Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers) testing and one urging an end to the superintendent salary cap.
