Asphalt Hot Patcher Provides Better Pothole Repairs

The township’s snow total for 2014-15 was not quite up to the previous year’s numbers – with 52.5 inches falling this winter versus last year's snowfall of 65 inches. However, winter still managed to wreak havoc with some of our roadways. "The township can’t repave every street in town," said Judith Heller, Livingston's communications coordinator. "However, members of the Department of Public Works (DPW) are doing their best, as the weather allows, filling in the potholes that seem to be everywhere. As the temperatures creep up and roads can dry, residents will see them on our roadways more often with the township’s Asphalt Hot Patcher."
