Hearing Continues on Kushner Townhouses

The Livingston Planning Board, on Tuesday evening, March 17, continued hearing an application for a housing complex at Joseph Kushner Hebrew Academy, 110 South Orange Avenue. Attorney Ronald Shiminowitz, representing the client, called engineer Chuck Tomas of Bowman Consulting to continue his testimony.
