Christine M. (Toye) Bellas died on April 5, at the age of 72. Born in Jersey City, Mrs. Bellas lived in North Caldwell before moving to Livingston seven years ago. The principal of School 2 in Little Falls for 20 years, Mrs. Bellas spent 40 years in education. A "Woman of the Year" for the Little Falls Woman's Club, she was a parishioner at St. Catherine Roman Catholic Church in Cedar Grove. She is survived by her son, Keith and his wife, Pamela; and her father, Frederick. Her mother, Helen Roye, and a son, Kenneth, predeceased her. Funeral services were held at Gaita Memorial Home in Little Falls.
