Funeral Services For Mr. Ruberman

Maurice M. Ruberman, 83, of Livingston died on July 4. A funeral service was held on Monday, July 6, at Bernheim Apter Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Home in Livingston. Born in Jersey City, Mr. Ruberman joined the US Army after high school, serving in the Korean War. He then attended Pace University where he received a degree in marketing. He was a buyer for Korvettes and for the National Shirt Shops, as well as a designer for Van Heusen and Waltham Shirts, until his retirement in 1998. Mr. Ruberman was a long time member of Temple B’nai Abraham. Surviving Mr. Ruberman are his wife of 55 years, Elise Ruberman; two daughters, Beth Pechman and her husband, Seth, of Chester, New York; and Donna Shahrabani, and two grandchildren. Donations may be made in Mr. Ruberman’s name to Temple B’nai Abraham, 300 East Northfield Road, PO Box 46, Livingston, NJ 07039. ...
