Zoning Board Approves Sprint Wireless Facility

The Livingston Zoning Board of Adjustment approved variances for a wireless communication facility on an existing tower, and eight residential projects, at its meeting on July 28. Richard Vallario served as attorney in lieu of the Board's attorney, Herbert Ford, who has retired.   Variances for Sprint Facility   Sprint Spectrum L.P. came before the Board to reconstruct a wireless communication facility on an existing tower located at the PSE&G right of way on North Livingston Avenue. Requested and approved were a use variance, side yard setbacks of less than 37 feet and 108 feet, and a building height variance (100 feet are required, 168 feet, six inches were proposed).   To view more please log in or subscribe to the digital edition  ...
