Livingston police arrested three men in connection with counterfeit money passed at a local business this week. On Wednesday, August 26, at approximately 7:45 p.m., the Livingston Police Department received a call from the Livingston Autobahn Shell gas station located at 16 East Northfi eld Road. A worker reported that three men, who were traveling in a vehicle with New York license plates, purchased items from the gas station using several suspicious $20 bills. After the men left, the worker checked the bills with a counterfeit detector pen which indicated that they were fakes.
