Girls' Tennis Team Wins Two, Loses Two

The Livingston girls' tennis team opened its 2015 season by winning two of four matches. Livingston defeated Glen Ridge before losing to state powers Newark Academy and J.P. Stevens. The Lancers then defeated Morristown. In the match against Glen Ridge, senior first singles player and cocaptain Elaine Vernoff scored a 6-4, 6-0 victory, while freshman second singles player Nicole Bazhenov won her match 6-3, 6-2.
