Planning Board Green Lights Townhouse Project at Kushner

The Livingston Planning Board met on Tuesday evening and concluded an ongoing hearing with Pulte Homes of NJ. The amended application proposes 170 townhouses and 51 affordable apartments at 110 South Orange Avenue. The application encompasses 29.8 acres of property bounding on Eisenhower Parkway, Peachtree Road, CIT Drive, Kensington Lane, and Kushner Hebrew Academy.
