Kailey Janet Caputo was born on April 13, 1999 in Bonita Springs, Florida, to Kathleen Caputo (formerly Martin) and Edward Caputo of Fort Myers, Florida, formerly of Livingston. Kailey entered into heaven on December 27, 2015 at the young age of 16. She is predeceased by her maternal great-grandparents, W. Harold and Ruth Liebenow; and her cousin, Kevin McKenna. Kailey is survived by her parents, Kathleen and Edward Caputo of Fort Myers, Florida; her maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Janet Martin of Livingston; her paternal grandparents, Theresa and Keith Dangler of Ocean Township, and Edward and Caroline Caputo of Deerfi eld Beach, Florida; her aunts and uncles, Kenneth and Lin Martin of Parsippany; Karen McKenna of Livingston; Kristina and Al Schulman of Succasunna; and Debbie Gamba (formerly Caputo) and John Gamba of Ocean Township; her cousins, Reggie, Kristin, and Ryan McKenna of Livingston; Stephanie and Richard Martin of Parsippany; Anthony and Matthew Buccieri of Succasunna; and Marissa and Ava Gamba of Ocean Township. Kailey attended Cypress Lake High School. She was a precious Angel who was taken from us way too soon. She wanted to dedicate her life to helping people. She was about to begin her volunteer work as a candy striper and had dreams of becoming a registered nurse or social worker. Kailey will be greatly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her wake will be held on Thursday, January 7, from 4 to 7:30 p.m. at Dangler Funeral Parlor, 340 Main Street, West Orange, with the service to follow at 7:30 p.m. Pastor Kevin Newburg of the United Methodist Church will officiate the services.
