Board Approves Residential Variances; Request for Interpretation is Withdrawn

The Livingston Zoning Board held its reorganization meeting on Tuesday, January 26, followed by a regular meeting at which it approved two residential variances and discussed a request to interpret an ordinance regarding attic space. The Board elected James Hochberg as chairman and Anthony Nardone as vice chairman, and appointed Lauren Tabak Fass as recording secretary and Alan Ozarow as the Board attorney.
