The Livingston Planning Board met on Tuesday evening for a special meeting to hear an application by A&M Associates. The applicant came to the Board seeking approval to erect retaining walls to permit the future development of 6.17 acres of property just south of The Pointe on the eastern side of Eisenhower Parkway. The applicant was represented by attorney Stephen Geffner, who said that the application is the first step to further developing the property in the future. He noted that the applicant has already received approval from the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).
