Livingston Committee Aims to Develop A Performing Arts and Teen Center

The Performing Arts Committee, a relatively new Livingston task force, is on a mission. It's goal is to provide the town with a performing arts and teen center on the Memorial Park Oval, where the "old rec building" sits. In fact, in the Memorial Park development plan, the building is simply referred to as "the building," commented Alan Karpas, chairman of the Vision 20/20 Committee, which established the Performing Arts Committee with the Livingston Arts Council.
