William P. Reimer, 75, died on Monday, February 29, in Livingston, where he resided for 47 years. Born in Long Branch, Mr. Reimer attended Cornell University and the Newark College of Engineering (now NJIT). He was the fourth generation city engineer for the City of East Orange, and later worked as chief engineer at the Mazzocchi Wrecking Company, where he oversaw removal work after the 9/11 attacks. Mr. Reimer is survived by his wife of 50 years, Judith; his children Lynne R. Tamburrino (Jeffrey), William D. (Lisa Vignuolo), and George W. (Bonnie); and six grandchildren. A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, March 5, from 1 to 3 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m. at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home in Livingston. The memorial service will be held at 7:15 p.m. In lieu of fl owers, donations may be made to the Fairview Lake and Water Conservation Foundation, 119 James Drive, Ringwood, NJ 07456; or to the Carol G.
