PARCC Testing Begins on Tuesday; Still Controversial in its Second Year

The second year of the PARCC (Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers) tests will begin on Tuesday, April 5, when Livingston Public School third graders take the fi rst tests. The state-required, online assessments will continue, for students in grades three through 11, through May 18.
