Court Order Delays Hearing

A court order against the Township of Livingston and its Planning Board has delayed further hearing on plans for an assisted living facility to be constructed at 290 South Orange Avenue. A hearing on the matter, scheduled to be held at the Board's meeting this past Tuesday, was removed from the agenda. The topic will not be up for discussion again until a judge reviews the case on April 22. Charles X.
