School Board Needs Candidates

The Livingston school system finds itself in an extremely precarious position. With our district beginning the school year with a new superintendent, and implementing the new 1:1 technology initiative, we find ourselves with two seats open for the Board of Education in the November election – and no candidates for them. The seats are now held by board president Ronnie Spring and board vice president Art Altman, and as the Tribune went to press, no candidates had yet announced plans to run for their seats.   To view more please log in or subscribe to the digital edition  ...
