We are not sure how many ways we can say it. We have used this space several times to state what we consider the obvious, and today we shall do it again. Please lock your vehicles! Within the last ten days, two unlocked vehicles were entered as they were parked in residents’ driveways. Instead of just rummaging through the owners’ belongings, taking things they want and leaving the rest behind, as in the majority of cases, this time the vehicles were stolen. As if that were not enough of a violation, the vehicles were used by the criminals in two separate incidents of armed robbery.
