When Sister Barbara Howard of St. Philomena’s Church announced that she would retire from her role as the leader of Livingston CHOW (Community Hunger Outreach Warehouse), we were concerned about the future of the program. CHOW was the brainchild of the Livingston Clergy Association and offered a pantry of food and other non-perishable items to be distributed to those in need.
