Woof! My name is Norman Spencer and I am a seven year old Rhodesian Ridgeback mix. I have lived in Livingston with the Spencer Family, 10 Morningside Drive, since May, 2011. Before that I was living with a couple from New Mexico who took me to St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center in Madison. Everyone at St. Hubert’s was amazing, but I was looking for my “fur-ever” home.
