Residents Offer Many Suggestions To Improve Livingston’s Master Plan

Re-purposing properties, enforcing existing ordinances, establishing community gardens and improving streets were some of the suggestions made by about 40 enthusiastic speakers at the Livingston Planning Board’s forum on the township Master Plan on March 21. More than 125 people packed the meeting in Town Hall. State law requires that the Planning Board complete a review and update of the latest version of the plan this year.
