Her dark hair framed a warm smile and sparkling eyes. With mauve polished nails, wearing a cheerful yellow shirt and soft beige vest, Livingston centenarian Kay Gilbert recalled her birthday lunch on May 4. “There were 45 people at Il Ripasso, from all over: North Carolina and Los Angeles, England and Singapore.
