Lawsuit Filed Against Zoning Bd. Decision

A lawsuit has been filed against the Livingston Zoning Board by Livingston residents Miles and Suzanne Berger, and Sherry Izak. The daily press reported that the suit seeks to block the variance approvals that were granted by the Zoning Board on March 28 to the owners of 8 Windermere Court, also known as the Kean Estate.
