New Initiatives Proposed to School Board Include Random Drug Testing at LHS

Livingston public schools superintendent Christine Steffner asked the Board of Education, at its Wednesday, July 19, meeting, to give its approval for the district to explore three new initiatives. Two are scheduling changes, one regarding high school graduation and the other for professional development. The third idea the district wants to explore is random drug testing to help stem student drug abuse.
