School Program at St. Mary’s Approved

The Livingston Zoning Board of Adjustment, at its meeting on Tuesday evening, July 25, approved the expansion of school operating hours at St. Mary’s Armenian Church to permit the relocation of a language immersion program to the site. The Board also approved a proposed playground, to be constructed at the rear of the church building at 200 West Mt. Pleasant Avenue. With the approval, and pending state licensure, the Jump Immersion School, a Spanish and Mandarin immersion language program, will move from its current location at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, 94 East Mt. Pleasant Avenue, to St. Mary’s. The program is not religious, nor is it affiliated specifically with either church.
