At its meeting on Monday, August 7, the Township Council, once again, delayed a vote on an ordinance to rezone four split-zoned lots on West Hobart Gap Road, where each lot straddles the R-1 and R-2 residential districts. An ordinance to rezone a split-zoned lot in the area of Cedar Mall Plaza was approved. In addition, the Council heard complaints from Schindler Way residents about noise and safety issues on their street.
Hearing Delayed
The Council delayed, for a second time, a final vote on an ordinance that would rezone split-zoned lots on West Hobart Gap Road. The previous hearing was held on Monday, July 10, during which two residents came before the Council to oppose the change.
