There was a feeling of giddy relief in the air Monday night at Livingston Town Hall. After more than a year of searching, Livingston finally has its new township manager. Each member of the Council, and volunteers from the hiring committee who spoke at Monday’s Council meeting, are confident they’ve made the right pick. Council members spoke about a the careful, labored process they took in selecting Barry Lewis as the new manager, one that they hope entails the township not having to re-fill that position for a long time.
