Planning Board Approves Subdivision Applications

The Livingston Planning Board met on Tuesday evening, February 6, to hear two applications for subdivisions of residential properties. The first, for 73 North Livingston Avenue, was formally approved; the second, for 284 West Hobart Gap Road, was informally approved, and will be formally voted upon at the Board’s March 20 meeting. 73 North Livingston Avenue Applicant George Reinhardt presented an application for a minor subdivision with variances at 73 North Livingston Avenue. Reinhardt proposed to subdivide Lot 28 to create two new lots, and requested variances for lot width. The first lot will be about 29,992 square feet and would contain the existing home on the property; the second lot will be about 10,290 square feet. The property is located a few hundred feet north of Beverly Road. To read more please log in or subscribe to the digital edition http://www.etypeservices.com/West%20Essex%20TribuneID480/ ...
