Several resolutions were passed at Monday night’s Township Council conference meeting, including approval for construction of more than 200 condominiums and apartments, authorization of a $725,000 contract with a painting company, and permission to refund residents’ unbilled property taxes.
The Council executed a developer’s agreement with Pulte Homes of NJ, after the company made applications for a minor subdivision and preliminary and final site plan approval to permit construction of 170 condominium townhouses and 51 rentable affordable housing apartments. A developer’s agreement is a contract between the developer and Livingston detailing their obligations to each other and specifying the standards that will apply to the property.
