The Livingston Planning Board met on Tuesday, June 5, to re-hear a previous application, and opened a hearing on a new application.
Subdivision Approved – Again
The first application, for a minor subdivision with variances at 127 East Cedar Street, had been heard and closed on May 1; however, adequate notice had apparently not been provided to all neighbors within 200 feet of the property. Therefore, that hearing was deemed null and void, and had to be conducted a second time. Attorney Steve Geffner apologized for the error and said “it was done with no ill intent.”
