Two Livingston Students Drown in Ramapo Lake

Two rising Livingston High School seniors died tragically Tuesday evening, Livingston Public Schools (LPS) officials confirmed. A 17-year-old female and an 18-year-old male drowned in Ramapo Lake in Oakland Tuesday night. LPS administrative staff confirmed the students’ deaths, but declined to identify them at press time Wednesday. Grief support services were made available to students and staff at the high school on Wednesday and Thursday.
