A special meeting of the planning board was held at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 18, at Livingston Town Hall.
Applicant St. Barnabas Medical Center presented to the Planning Board a preliminary and final site plan to construct a 90-foot canopy at the East Wing entrance of the existing building. The canopy will allow weather coverage for the drop off area as well as the valet service. Along with the canopy, a larger vestibule is proposed to provide a larger indoor waiting area inside the east wing entrance and a larger automated revolving door consistent with other entrances at the hospital.
