More than 2,000 people attended a memorial service Sunday morning at Temple B’nai Abraham, one day after 11 were killed and six others wounded in a mass shooting at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the deadliest attack on Jews in American history. “What took place was not a tragedy,” Rabbi Clifford Kulwin said. “It was a slaughter. Let’s be clear about that.
