DWI Charge Angel Pardo, 23, of Irvington was stopped on November 14, 2018, in Livingston, and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI); driving without a license; reckless driving; using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle; having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle; driving without insurance; failure to exhibit a driver’s license; and failure to exhibit registration. All but the first two charges were dismissed as part of a plea agreement, and the driving with no license charge was downgraded to a charge of driving with an expired license, which carries a lesser fine. For that charge, he was fined $156, plus $33 in court costs. To read more please log in or subscribe to the digital edition http://www.etypeservices.com/West%20Essex%20TribuneID480/ ...
