Mass Was Celebrated For Gerard DeLorenzo

Gerard DeLorenzo, 87, of Livingston died on Thursday, May 9, at Inglemoor Rehabilitation Center. The funeral was held at the La-Monica Memorial Home in Livingston on Monday, May 13, and was followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Raphael’s Church. Born and raised in Newark, Mr. DeLorenzo attended Central High School. He moved to Livingston in 1965. Following his service in the Army during the Korean War, he worked for the Mennen Company in Morristown. He retired 30 years ago as the manager of systems development. Mr. DeLorenzo was the husband of Mary (née Tronolone); the father of Michael DeLorenzo (Rosemarie), Jennifer Rullis (Ralph), and Lisa Nisivoccia (Rocco); the brother of Joseph DeLorenzo (Dianna); the grandfather of five; and the brother-inlaw of Florence DeLorenzo. He was predeceased by his siblings, Sabina Immersi and Frank DeLorenzo. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions may be made to the Susan G.
