Route 10 Warehouse Project Discussed at TRAC Meeting

Concern Expressed for Traffic at Jughandle: At Livingston’s Technical Review Advisory Committee (TRAC) meeting on Wednesday morning, July 17, at Town Hall, the group discussed a large potential warehouse project with the applicant. Traffic impact of the project was the most discussed issue. Many of the questions and suggestions the committee offered could not be answered by the applicant, Millstein Acquisitions, as the applicant said it is not known who the tenant or tenants of the property will be and how they will operate. The TRAC is an informal group that provides guidance and serves to assist applicants in submitting complete applications to the Planning and Zoning Boards. It features representatives from the Planning Board, several township departments, the police and fire departments, the Business Improvement District, and the Livingston Environmental Commission among others. Richard Dinar is the TRAC chairman. About more than two dozen people were present for the informal discussion.     To read more please log in or subscribe to the digital edition http://www.etypeservices.com/West%20Essex%20TribuneID480/   ...
