Livingston Police officials are asking the public for information regarding a hit-and-run that took place on Tuesday morning, August 13.
At 7:06 a.m., residents Robert Novick, 49, and Andrew Sonnenberg, 46, were riding bicycles in the westbound right lane of West Northfield Road, near house number 182 on the street.
A maroon Jeep Grand Cherokee then struck the back of Novick’s bicycle forcing Novick to collide with Sonnenberg and causing both riders to fall into the roadway, police said.
